The CR 700 series centrifuges are ideal for whitening and refining bovine and ovine guts and omasum.

Made of AISI 304 steel, they can be equipped with both manual and electronic water mixing units. Automatic versions can also be supplied with pneumatically controlled opening for cleaning and sanitizing purposes.
